born in Chicago in 1944 educated at University of Illinois-Chicago Illinois Institute of technology-Institute of Design-studied with Aaron Siskind/Arthur Siegel. Conscientious Objector To War-medical photographer-1969-71 Professor of Fine Art , Art Academy of Cincinnati(CAM), retired in 2002. Two fellowships in Visual Arts, Ohio Arts council. Visiting artist: School of Art Institute of Chicago, Light Work Gallery, Syracuse University ,NKU, Ohio State University. National exhibition record, curating, and related photographic projects. Kodak Fellowship winner for Santa Fe Workshops 2 --person exhibition at CAM, Weston Gallery, Ohio Wesleyan University, Carl Solway Gallery.
